We begin by connecting and scheduling a time to explore your space—either in person or virtually—so we can really get to know you, your lifestyle, and what you’re dreaming of. Together, we’ll walk through your home (or floor plans), talk about your hopes and goals. We’ll take measurements, photographs, and plenty of thoughtful notes.
Back at the studio, our team takes everything into consideration and creates a tailored proposal: space by space, thoughtfully detailed, with clear deliverables and investment expectations. Once you give us the go-ahead and deposit, we begin the exciting work of design.

Now, we dive deep. Our team works meticulously through each room—determining cabinetry layouts, lighting placement, furniture positioning, and the finer architectural details like custom millwork, tile selections, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and window treatments. We prepare drawings, polished presentations and finish boards so you can truly see how your space will look and feel.

Then we meet with you to review everything. We collaborate, adjust, refine—making sure your vision and our design are aligned perfectly. Once the design is locked in, we partner with contractors, tradespeople and artisans to begin the journey of bringing your space to life.

After the construction details are underway, we turn our attention to the pieces that make your home feel warm, complete, and beautifully lived in. This phase includes furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, window treatments, pillows, and décor—thoughtfully curated for each room.

We consider how you live, what comforts you, and the style you’re drawn to as we design a fully coordinated furnishing plan. You’ll receive floor plans, mood boards, and product selections to help you visualize the final look.

Once approved, we manage everything: ordering, tracking, receiving, and preparing for a seamless white-glove install. This step ensures your finished home feels cohesive, intentional, and distinctly yours.

With design approved, we transition into execution mode. We keep a close eye on progress—making regular site visits, managing schedules, answering your questions, and keeping things moving smoothly. At the same time, we are managing procurement: furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, artwork, accessories—all those special selections that elevate the space. We’re coordinating deliveries, tracking lead-times, aligning installations, and ensuring everything arrives exactly when it needs to for a seamless execution.
